Tuition bills are sent out the first of each month. Payment is due by the 15th of the month.
A 10% additional fee will be charge on accounts not paid in full by the 25th of each month.
All accounts must be paid by the last day of each month. Failure to pay in full may result in your child’s dismissal.
A one time registration fee of $75 is charged when you child is enrolled. This fee is non-refundable.
A supply fee of $20 per month will be added to tuition bills.
Each child will receive 5 vacation/sick day per year. Vouchers will expire one year from the date of the first one used.
Parents pay for six staff holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We are also closed the day after Thanksgiving, and occasionally an additional day before or after a holiday.
There is no credit for vacation days or the days children are home due to illness. Vacations and illnesses will be charged at the regular daily rate.
In case of a returned check, the new check must be written for tuition plus the bank fee. We will not submit the original check. In the event of two checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds, payment must be made in cash, money order, or certified bank check.
