Tuition bills are sent out the first of each month, payment is due upon the receipt of your bill.
A 15% additional fee will be charge on accounts not paid in full by the 15th of each month.
All accounts must be paid by the last day of each month. Failure to pay in full may result in your child’s dismissal.
A one time registration fee of $50.00 is charged when you child is enrolled. This fee is non-refundable.
A supply fee of $120.00 will be divided into four payments billed in March, June, September, and December.
Each self pay child will receive 5 vacation/sick day per year. Vouchers will expire one year from the date of the first one used.
Parent’s pay for seven staff holidays New Year’s, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Christmas Eve. We are also closed the day after Thanksgiving.
In case of a returned check, the new check must be written for tuition plus the bank fee. We will not submit the original check. In the event of two checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds, payment must be made in cash, money order, or certified bank check.
